Before you switch
How do I bring my iCloud Drive files over?
Download them to the computer running Uncloud. On a Mac, turn off Optimize Mac Storage for iCloud Drive; on other computers, download from iCloud.com. Then choose Add files in Uncloud and select the folder.
Does Uncloud replace iPhone backups or iCloud Photos?
No. Uncloud stores files. iPhone backups, iCloud Photos and iCloud Mail remain separate.
Does everyone get their own space?
Yes. Each person gets their own account and private files. Unlimited household members and devices are included.
Can I open my files on my iPhone?
Yes. Sign in from Safari or any browser to reach your Uncloud files at home or away.
